Hi, I’m a mom of two spirited, beautiful girls — and like many families, our journey hasn’t been a straight line.

It started with what we thought was a simple speech delay. We reassured ourselves that kids develop at different paces, but concerns grew. By preschool, her teacher suggested she might be showing signs of Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). That word alone sent us into late-night spirals of worry. Could it be autism? After all, research shows that ADHD, ODD, and autism share overlapping traits like impulsivity, social challenges, and emotional regulation struggles.

For years, we navigated testing, second opinions, and endless uncertainty. Finally, at age 8, my daughter was officially diagnosed with ADHD. In some ways, it was a relief to have clarity; in others, it marked the beginning of a new chapter of trial and error with medications. Each prescription came with hope… and its own side effects — appetite changes, sleep disruption, mood swings. While medication is a clinically validated and often necessary tool, it wasn’t the whole answer for us.

I’ve always believed in the value of both holistic and pharmaceutical medicine. It shouldn’t have to be either/or. Alongside our doctor’s care, I dug into nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle strategies that have been studied for ADHD support — from antioxidants like sulforaphane (PNAS, 2014), to nutrients like omega-3s, NAC (PubMed, 2012), and CoQ10 (PMC, 2014).

Through persistence (and more than a few tears), we found a regimen that provided profound support. Some days, my daughter now goes without medication — and we notice very little difference. She’s calmer, more focused, and more herself. Our family finally feels like we’re not just managing symptoms — we’re thriving.

That’s why I started this endeavor. Because I know what it feels like to sit in a doctor’s office with more questions than answers. I know the exhaustion of watching your child struggle while you search for hope. And I know the quiet joy when something finally makes a difference.

This isn’t just a business for me. It’s a mission — to help other parents discover tools, knowledge, and community. Because our kids deserve more than to ā€œjust get through the day.ā€ They deserve to thrive.
